Blog Post#2 What is Soundtrack for you?

The second blog topic is the power of a soundtrack. Soundtracks make movies more colorful what the director imagines. My first impression of a soundtrack is when I was five. My parents and I still remember one essay I wrote at that age. I wrote that I liked the movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and wanted to be a movie director. The reason takes for granted based on the story. Additionally, Hedwig's theme is one of the enduring songs in the soundtracks. When I talk about the Harry Potter series, the main theme is brought back and telling the story more exciting.

There would be a few people like me focusing on soundtrack. Most of theme watch films without concentrating on how it's made. Eventually, some movies have similarities to other movies or music. For instance, the opening scene of the movie Wall-E from music blog.

At the opening scene you hear the song Herman Song (from Hello Dolly.) The song makes people look at the scene and search for the meaning in the juxtaposition. It also represents the lyric "putting on your Sunday closes" in similarities within the audience and the main character, Wall-E. Soundtracks can bring meanings to a movie.

The next time you watch a new film or movie you've already watched, you may be interested in watching.

  1. Koichi,

I love the content that your blog covers, it is extremely unique and specific. The fact that you have added links to the soundtracks of movies allows your readers to interact to your content which is extremely vital when you're discussing music. Another unique aspect of this blog is the backdrop, it sets the tone right from the beginning for your viewers and it doesn't leave them confused but rather solidifies their brains as to what they are reading about. I do believe there are some parts that still are lacking though. The layout of the content is very pleasing and interactive, It would benefit you if you added tabs and different layouts to your content to enhance its presentation to the reader (to keep them coming back to your blog). Another small room for improvement is adding a counter for your viewers that you can find in the design tab located in the top right hand side of the blog homepage. From there you can add a counter that will track the amount of views that your page is bringing in which can help you to guide how your doing and whether or not your improving the amount of viewers or dropping viewers.

Keep up the good work Koichi!,
